DeKalb County has four warming centers open for residents to use in the following locations 24 hours a day beginning 8 a.m. Tues., Jan 16, through 8 a.m. Thurs., Jan. 18, at the following warming center locations:

• Mason Mill Recreation Center, 1340 McConnell Drive, Decatur
• Tobie Grant, 593 Parkdale Drive, Scottdale

Fulton County

The City of Atlanta will open a warming center ahead of colder temperatures. The center will open Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. and remain open through Monday, January 15 at 10:00 a.m.

The warming center will be located at the Central Park Recreation Center at 400 Merritts Ave. NE, Atlanta 30308. Transportation will be provided beginning at 8:00 p.m. from the Gateway Center, located at 275 Pryor St. SW, Atlanta, GA 30303, with return transportation upon deactivation.
